Read onlyOur carrier delivered a shipment in ABE8 which was scheduled to be delivered in ORF2. Carrier says Amazon allows to do flipping and they took appointment to deliver in ABE8 instead of ORF2. ABE8 has checked in the shipment but now shipment has been closed without receiving it.
We have items to sell during festive seasons. Please help.

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to try to help. If the shipment was supposed to be delivered to ORF2 and it was delivered to ABE8 then you will need to reconcile the shipment through Seller Central. If you have already done this please provide me with the case id.
