Shipping Automation Incorrect Delivery date being shown correctly on Amazon

We are having some issues with delivery dates being displayed incorreclty to our customers on amazon. Here are our current settings.

Carrier - UPS

We do not use Free Economy we only have Standard shipping cheched with Shipping fee is set to 0.00

We offer One Day adn Two day shipping nation wide for a fee that is in line with UPS rates by zone

Shipping Automation - Active

Same day handeling for orders before 3PM is checked

In shipping settings - Default handeliving is Same-day (0 day)

Our warehouse is located in Zip Code 78723

we just recieved an order going to Zip Code 39202

This order shows in seller central Ship Monday Deliver by Wednesday which is correct.

When I go to the Amazon site and pull up the ASIN i change the deliver to Zip Code 39202 and its being displayed as Delivery Thursday 3-21 (one extra eay) If i change the delivery zipcode to 10022 Amazon is displaying Delivery 3/25 when in fact its 3 day delivery From my origion zip to this destination zip. If i put in to Amazon zip 78723 (same zipcode as our shipping location I see delivery 3/20 however this would be delivered in fact on 3/19 the next day,

The issue is only how it displayes to the customer on Amazon, when we ge the order it has the correct deliver by on it.

This delivery gap is likley affecting our buy box visibilty as well as were likley loosing sales do to the extra days that are being displayed.

We have been trying for quite some time to resolve this to no avail and would apprecite any insight

Good afternoon @Seller_FMxx7NEhdSgTZ,

I recommend you go to the Fulfillment Insight dashboard and check if there is a Delivery Time Gap. Then refer to each of the sections on Handling Time Gap, Transit Time Gap, and Promise Extensions to determine which is the biggest driver of your Delivery Time Gap. Once you have identified the largest drivers, refer to the Recommendations section to take relevant actions.

Let me know what you find!

- Bryce
