Requesting Manual Review – UK Account Wrongfully Suspended, Now Affecting Our US Account
Hello Amazon Support and Community,
We are extremely disappointed by how our UK seller account has been handled.
After selling a product, we were asked to provide an invoice. We immediately submitted a valid invoice from our Chinese manufacturer, along with a signed agreement and a European authorization letter.
Still, everything was rejected without clear explanation.
Even worse, this has now affected our completely separate Amazon US account, which is owned by a different company.
We are frustrated with the lack of manual review and the overreliance on automated systems that do not understand global supplier relationships. We believe we have submitted all the necessary documents and followed the correct process.
We respectfully request:
A manual review of our UK account and invoice
Separation of the UK and US accounts, as they are legally and structurally different
Clear communication from Amazon about the reason for the rejection
This situation is causing unnecessary harm to our business. We urge Amazon to investigate this seriously and fairly.

Firstly, this is NOT Amazon Support, we are all just a forum of other sellers. Also, none of those tags will be seen by anyone as not highlighted in blue, and to be honest, none of those names are UK forum moderators - possibly all US mods ?
