Product Authenticity issue and amazon support has been bad
Hello everyone, I've been facing a challenging situation that's been quite frustrating with Amazon's Customer Care department.
About a month ago, I received brand approval for a product from my supplier and began selling it on Amazon.
However, a few days ago, there was a complaint regarding the product's authenticity, prompting me to submit the invoice and other related details.
Unfortunately, Amazon rejected my invoice, stating the supplier couldn't be verified, despite having verified this same supplier a month earlier.
The ongoing back-and-forth with customer care has been exasperating, and frankly, their assistance has been rather unhelpful. They've requested the supply chain invoice from my supplier, but understandably, due to confidentiality reasons, my supplier can't share this information.
I'm feeling quite unsupported as a seller on Amazon and it's becoming increasingly frustrating.
Does anyone have any advice or suggestions on how to handle this situation?

I had the same issue with Amazon too about my product, they are helpless and I gave up. I lost big on this inventory...
What's worse is I tried to contact my Account Manager several times to help me out but he never replies back nor attends the pre scheduled phone call meeting!

Yes we all have been through this and the seller support dont support and even they dont know what they are dealing with and what they should and should not be doing to help seller out.
I mean its common sense how supplier can give supply chain docs. I guess the reason could be that they are supporting the brands and even though there wholesellers or distributors are giving you invoices but they need to support the brands NOT YOU so thats why they rejecting it.
So many times we as seller have mentioned that why not ask all these docs at start of listing product so we dont loose anything and prep from start NO BUT THEY WANT YOU TO LIST SALE AND LATER LOOSE EVEYTHING. Thats pathethic here in Gulf market but where amazon is dealing directly with sellers its not such a case until unless you as seller are doing something wrong or illegal things.
Try raise this issue to amazon.com through emails or social media or something may be some one get in touch with you NOT SURE just an idea.

Exactly, Amazon UAE customer support team is so UNPROFESSIONAL and UNEDUCATED.They are unaware of the magnitude of the situation and lack understanding of what they should be handling.Really frustrating.Amazon do not care about FAKE orders by Competitors, they just target the sellers.
