Can't change the email address in Business Information

Can't change the email address in Business Information

Greetings Amazon Community,

I am trying to change my email address in Business Information > under 'Business and Contact Information', as there is no option to edit the current email address which is the old email address associated with the account. I opened a case and the answer I received was that I need to change the email address in my Buyer account and it will automatically change in the Seller Account. The issue is that I do not have any Buyer Account with the same email address. It is becoming a nightmare as I need to do some changes to my account and the Amazon teams reply to my email saying that they do not recognise my email address. How can i gain permission to change the email address in Business Information > under 'Business and Contact Information'?

I would really appreciate any suggestion.
