Huge drop in CTR & clicks but impressions consistent?
Not sure if somethings happened with my account but over past 2 weeks we’ve been getting consistent sales per day and within last 24 hours its just dropped to basically nothing. What could be the common cause for this? Anybody had similar? We sell our own brand products

I think you will find that it is worth while. They are also pretty flexible I ‘think’ you can sign up for a trial period.
If I were you I would watch 2/3 videos from helium 10 on youtube. Try to find the videos that are focused on their tool ‘cerebro’ and you will see first hand what is on offer.

It seems to be that if your click through rate is dropping but not your impressions, then either your product is coming up for different (probably far less relevant) search terms, or people are seeing another similar product in the results and are clicking on that listing instead of the one you’re selling.
If you give the ASIN, people may be able to take a better look at the situation for you.

In terms of the listing quality, key words, title, search terms ect, can I point you to Helium 10. Works well for me, it may help you. Theres lots of free stuff to look at and easy to follow videos on youtube. Worth a look if you have not done so already

I’ve seen so much about Helium 10 being what I’m missing. I’ve tried every cheaper app, sellerapp, junglescout, so many others. I might have to just put the money in and subscribe as we have 100’s of listings that could be performing so much better. I’ve always been keen to know, data wise - what separates Helium from the rest? I’ve only used the free version of helium and it worked great for what I had.

Thanks for the heads up, I’ve decided to go forward with helium and cut the crap. Can’t expect to scale up without it as it’s what is known as the godfather of software for AMZ rn.
