I have lately had so many rude customers . Who are making their way to post offices without nay prior contact paying £14 to £15 on postage to send items back then opening AZ Claims on top of that leaving negative feedbacks which amazon after many appeals is allowing to continue and are applying refunds
which is affecting my account and pocket
This platform is destroying us sellers , Customers are been refunded without any questions asked, They are allowed to abuse us through messages, They order multiple times the same item and are been refunded each time where they send back a cheap item that does not even belong to us
I Have opened SAFET Claims which have all been denied even when proof is given
Its becoming a joke
