Hi All,
My sale of an item (FBA fulfilled) was refunded to customer. The section ‘voice of the customer’ doesn’t show any option to view this order and refund reason so I reached out to the customer to ask and he confirmed that he never received the item. I raised a case in support and Amazon gave me the same reason.
In this instance I’ve lost an item and costs. Does Amazon reimburse me for the lost item?

Yes you should get reimbursed for the lost item around 45 days after the refund has been made.
If you haven’t been reimbursed after 45 days you can contact seller support to request the reimbursement.
You will still have to pay the Amazon fulfilment fees as these are not reimbursed.
