Parcel marked delivered, the customer claimed not received

Hello, I received a Claim, the parcel is dispatched by myHermes, it marked delivered. ( it has delivery picture and GPS map, no signature), the delivery picture shows a person opened the door and receive the parcel.

The buyer said" not received", I sent the delivery picture and GPS map to the buyer, and suggest the buyer ask the family members and neighbors.

A week later, I received the buyer’s message, the buyer said, " I still have not received this item, please refund or replace." I was sleeping when the buyer sent this message. ( it’s 22:30 PM, China’s time.) At 4: 00 AM , I received the A-Z claim .

Could you please tell me what I should do? Thanks
