Have you got Build International Listings switched on and products are being sent over to Amazon Italy automatically?
If so turn it off and delete all your products in Amazon Italy. If not still delete all your products in Amazon Italy. Also repeat for any other market places you don’t sell in.
It is dangerous to have products in other market places which you don’t sell in as they may cause violations which could leave you with problems in that Marketplace. Also there can sometimes be a knock on effect to your UK selling account.

I believe from your home page you go to
Inventory -> Sell Globally -> Build International Listings
