Account Suspended
Hi
I have created an amazon sellers account today, I uploaded all the required documents and were approved. I was then sent an email saying to activate my Amazon Sellers account, I added deposit method, I added emergency contact, I uploaded my driving license and bank statements, My account was active and ready to sell items but 30 minutes later, I saw my dashboard and it said that my account is deactivated and does not show a reason, There is a button which says “Reactivate my account” on which i clicked and then takes me to another page to submit an appeal, but on that page it says that my account is suspended, again with no reason, It gave an option to appeal on which I clicked, It did not let me write anything just a option button that says submit appeal, I received an email 10 minutes later saying
"Dear Seller,
We were unable to verify the information you provided when registering for a Selling on Amazon payment account and, as a result, your Selling on Amazon payment account could not be opened. Unfortunately, this means that you will not be able to continue to sell on Amazon"
All my documents were verified but I’m not quite sure why my account was deactivated.
It doesn’t state any reason as to why it’s suspended, If they need anymore documents or information, I will gladly send them over.

Which country are you in ?
Are you sole trader or ltd company ?
What bank did you use ?

As a newly registered Business Selling account it could take a while to be fully verified, and as you are a limited company Amazon WILL require you to provide them with your company details at some point.
Just checking - you are registered with HMRC as a limited company ?

As you said you only set up your account today, then there is no way they will have checked all your info - just sit tight and wait for them to ask for any info they may require. Most new accounts seem to take weeks to be fully verified - unless they have changed their procedures lately.

Presumably the mismatch between you registering as a ltd company but providing a personal bank account which will have a different address will have caused the payment account to be suspended and hence no opportunity to get further to upload the company house docs
Can you change your bank account to your ltd company one to restart verification ?

Talk to your accountant to give all the paperwork and forward it to the bots at amazon then you be ok

I had to wait 5 months to be fully checked and I uploaded all the correct information for a LTD company with Amazon. So even when you have given them all the right info it’s going to take a long time. You have to give them a business bank account. It says that when you sign up. As a Ltd company you need an account in the business name. Take people’s advice on here, they have been on here years.

I also have an Ltd UK, open an account on Wise for your company, it is speedy and solves your problem, then calmly open a Business in your Bank.
