Hello @Seller_YykNX53SPsDK2,
Thank you for posting your concerns with a restricted product policy violation.

Seeing as this assist with snoring, does it meet our requirements listed in the medical devices and accessories policy? There is a list of permitted listed that we allow for sale, does the product comply with our guidelines?
We will need to see supporting evidence that the product you sold met our requirements.
Did you make any listing contributions while the listing was being used? Even if you did not, each seller is individually responsible to verify the listing and products sold meet all of our requirements. If a violation existed, or circumvented one of our policies, it will result in a violation.
As most of these situations can only be disputed, we will need supporting evidence that this product and ASIN has complied with our policies.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.

Hello @Seller_YykNX53SPsDK2,
Thank you for following up.
yes, the product meets the requirements is an over-the-counter product, I provided the FDA documents is a class 1 so no prescription need.
what is the exactly the supporting evidence that you guys need? because I do not really know.
I just joined the list it was not mine I cannot edit the listing.
As you mentioned, you confirmed the product complies with our policy and has the appropriate documentation, the question I would fall back on is if you reviewed the listing prior to adding it?
Although you cannot edit the listing, if the listing violates our policy, anyone listing on it can be susceptible to any violations found. Did you review all listing attributes? As an example, does your listing and category match, is there phrasing that does not belong on the listing or that may cause a possible violation or association to a restricted product?
As mentioned collectively across this and my prior post, there can be issues with the product it self, which would require valid documentation to show compliance. However, if the ASIN or it's attributes violate our policy the listing would need to be corrected to show compliance along with proof of how the listing complies.
The exact dispute requirements vary on where and how the violation occurred. Have you created a case regarding the restricted ASIN? If so I would ask that you provide your case ID here so we can look further into your situation.
