Missing a "Submit additional infomation" button
So, I have done about 12+ appeals while trying to figure out the underlying reason of my listing suspension.
but my “Submit additional information” button has disappeared and I want that Reinstated.
Anything I say in case log, seller support refers me back to Account health “Submit additional information” route which I can’t do because the button DOES NOT EXIST ANY MORE!

On your first appeal did you submit the required invoice and LOA ?

I am brand registered. have my own invoices from my own supplier. my inventory is branded.
I did provide proofs to justify all of the above.
The claimant pulled a false complaint on me, his given patent number is actually a design registration number in UK which is a generic design and I can have that invalidated.
at some point, I was suggested by seller support to submit my own letterhead in the appeal to tell the performance team that I am a brand owner. I did that too!

To get your product reinstated, you either need to prove your design is protect with right documents or you need write a strong Plan of Action, stating how you would prevent this in future.
I would request you to get in touch with your legal counselor to understand the design right documentation for your product and identify the disparity with other product’s design.
If you want to reinstate the product with a Plan of Action, please follow the below structure to draft one.
Root Cause - While taking the ownership of the violation, explain the possible reasons that led you to this issue?
Corrective Actions - What immediate actions you have take to resolve the issue?
Preventive Actions - What is your action plan to prevent the Root Causes occurring again?
