Delivery Dates Extension Added?
Hello,
We are looking for some advice relating to delivery dates please.
Within our shipping template, we have our handling time set to 1-2 days, our delivery timeframe of 2-3 days and we send out parcels 7 days a week.
Now when we go to one of our products, it says Arrives between July 10-14 (while logged in as ourselves). If we logout or use another browser, the customer actually sees… Arrives: July 14 - 16 so it’s strange that we both don’t see the same…
We spoke to Amazon chat and the customer service team said a 3 day extension had been applied to our account. We’re not sure why, we have 96% feedback, with our 30 day feedback at 100% and around 80 feedbacks. The account is about 6 months old. We send everything out with RM24 OR RM48. Order defect rate of 0.09%.
Has anyone else experienced this and any idea what’s happening?
Thank you

This has been going on for a number of weeks now and it’s really impacting sales for us… We’re seeing a huge drop off in sales at the start of the week rather then end of the week and it’s forcing customers to buy Prime Items. I read a while ago that different sellers were having different times added based on location data that they have for Royal Mail delays but I never read if that was accurate.
