Read onlyhello ,
amazon has deactivated my seller account for a violation of their multiple account policy with another seller account, we actually had the same workplace with this one but we are completely 2 different companies, after several submissions and evidence sent to amazon, they ask us to provide information that I can not have because they do not exist.
Is there any way to remedy this?
Thank you

You will need to provide proof that you are 2 separate entities and how, why and where your accounts overlapped. Long drawn out explanations will not work. You need official documents to back your claim, such as office rental contracts and such.
Note, having 2 accounts wouldn't be a violation unless you and that "stranger" happened to also sell the same products or the other account was suspended..
Hello @Seller_ZJ5lDNk39kol5,
Thank you for posting on the Seller Forums.
I see that your account has been deactivated for a violation of the multiple accounts policy and you would like some guidance on your next steps to get this addressed.
@Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI is correct here. To address this, you must provide how the accounts were related, including which information is shared between the two accounts and supporting documentation that proves the accounts are no longer related.
For this specific situation, you may submit an affidavit explaining who owns the other account and their relationship to you. This should specify what information you may have shared between the accounts in the past. The affidavit should either be notarized or signed in the presence of a lawyer. The affidavit should be submitted with your explanation of the relation.
You may also submit any other official document to support your claim, such as, bank statements, rental agreements, business license, etc. Please note: If the information that you are submitting does not explain the relationship or prove that the accounts are no longer related, your submission will likely be rejected.
The other option to resolve this is to reinstate the related account. If their account becomes reinstated, you may appeal explaining this, and your account will be eligible for reactivation.
If you have any additional questions or updates to provide, please don't hesitate to reach back out. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
