You can't de-register, but you need to ensure on this page that you set Holiday mode on the countries you don't wish to sell into. Essentially, under Listing status, it needs to say Inactive in orange.

You should also check that you don't have any SKUs in Manage Inventory in those countries. Even if you have a SKU in Inventory, inactive or not, it leaves you at risk to policy violations in those countries.

You cannot de-register a Country but there are a number of ways for you to not to trade in those countries.

The easiest way is to use holiday settings as long as you don't have FBA.

If you have FBA then make sure the listings are set purely to the UK only and your export settings are turned off.

You can go into each and every listing to restrict to purely UK listings.

You are still registered but will just not get any notices or anything from them. You may even get the odd warnings that you have no card information set for those Countries but that should not affect your UK account.

As far as I can see you have to activate export settings, is that correct as I cannot see where to actually turn the export settings off

Any help would be good

Thanks

Is it that you just don't want to sell in them or you are just getting orders from the UK site?

If you have nothing listed there and you set it on holiday, that should just sort it regardless.

If you are getting orders on the UK marketplace but coming from abroad, you can stop this by using your shipping settings if it is not FBA.

Could you just verify are you trying to stop FBA orders or FBM orders or both? What orders are you getting that you are trying to stop?

Hi,

Holiday setting doesn't do it as Amazon still see listings that can be made available.

We have never opted in yet are being told we need to opt out, go to Export central and as I say it is not activated..

Just to clarify I am talking about Export Central not Synchronised listings for other Amazon Europe Stores ( that is separate and something we have already dealt with)

Thanks

is this FBA or FBM?

There are different solutions for each.

For Fba you habve to go into your settings and select the fba option and you can edit the settings there.

For FBM, you have to make amendments to your active shipping templates.

To be fair this thread is not about export central I mis read the de register topic which is just to do with listing on other countries marketplaces and not the same as my query.

Hi I am new to FBA and my first listing ended up being purchased in Europe but I thought I had opted out of mainland Europe as I want to trade in UK only- how do I turn export settings off? Is it simple? Thanks
