Adding EAN Barcode sticker over my FNSKU
Hi,
I am having a bit of a nightmare with my barcodes and hoping someone can help.
I created a private label product for Amazon FBA using an EAN from GS1 which is printed on the packaging. However, I was under the assumption that I also required the FNSKU on the packaging so asked my supplier to cover my EAN barcode with the FNSKU.
Then, when attempting to ship my product, I realised that my main identifier was the EAN which means that there was no need to apply the FNSKU.
My issue is that I cannot remove the FNSKU sticker as it would damage my packaging. Do you think it would be ok if I printed EAN stickers to apply over the FNSKU or would that cause some issues?
Thanks in advance

Can you not change your settings to amazon barcode in fba settings and recreate the shipment ?

I have already created the listing so it doesn’t let me change the identifier. I have already tried changing my settings to use amazon barcode but It’s still saying that my product will be tracked using the manufacturers barcode.
Seller support say that I need to create another SKU, but this will generate a new FNSKU so I would need to relabel anyway.
