Synchronization of listings on all marketplaces

please share your experience on how to put up a listing for sale at once to all markets of amazon europe.
the first item was loaded correctly, to all marketplaces of amazon europe,
the second item was loaded only on my main Amazon of England,
it is absent on other marketplaces,
if there is an easier way to list the same items from main (UK) amazon, to the rest of Europe? I mean, i see the same item listings on other markets, but they are either inactive or out of stock. I have tried to upload a listing manually but it takes a long time to do, so my question is: is there an easier way to do that?
what am I doing wrong?
