Vine Programe
Can anyone shine a light on this issue we have? we have offered FREE products through the VINE PROGRAME but even after the customer has received this item that has cost the nothing they can,t be bothered to leave a review for it. Has anyone else had this issue as it has happened to us multiple times now and we are not a CHARITY we are a small business and cannot justify giving items away for free.

Yes, we use Vine a lot. We usually use the 30-review option, which is a hefty fee, and yes, the odd time, we do get 2 or 3 people not leaving a review.
They are not obligated to leave a review, but I believe it goes against them, and they may get Vine taken off of their account if they do it too often.
We sometimes find that they leave a review after a couple of months.

Not sure why they designed it like this, if they are getting something for free, sometimes that can even be an expensive item. The T&C's should be that they must leave a product review. Some leave general feedback, which is rather pointless when you need a product reviewed.
The rules should be tightened up as the costs can mount up.

ALL the time. So annoying. I've got some from last summer (around 10 people) that still haven't reviewed. I actually think i am going to stop using it because i dont think ive ever had the full set review the items. I have a product that i sent 10 for vine reviews for early Jan, and still not a single review has come in - despite them all being claimed.

dont use vine till amazon protect the sellers giving away items from the trolls on internet wanting free stuff that work, and also till if amazon wont hold these mebers to accounts or charge them for our items if the never review.
Amazon dont care and will keep raking in the cash.
