Reports When Sending Goods 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail
Just wondering why Amazon can’t do same as Ebay and give you the option to see when an Unsigned for parcel has been delivered.
I am positive i have had customers say they have not received items, then ask for a refund, why would you NOT want the item sending again, and as always Amazon side with the buyer.
I’ve had an AtoZ against me which i appealed and LOST for not only delivering an item once but twice as they say they had not received, to an address that the buyer gave me,where she thought she could collect it from, only to find out that the organisation does not take deliveries
When are Amazon going to open there eyes and see what games the non trustworthy buyers are playing.

Unfortunately, they are unlikely to change, as giving a percentage of other people’s stock away to make life easier and keep the peace with the customer, is not really a bad business model for them:-( I fear it will only get worse as the borderline, almost honest people, start to feel the pinch and jump on the freebies gravy train!
