£30 refund from the account opening

I got a reply from an automated email and without solving my issue they closed the case.
My concern- I have already registered for a professional account by mistake and it has charged £30 from my account. Now, I have already downgraded to an individual account. I did this downgrading within hours of activating my initial account. So this is why I am interested in having the £30 refund as I did it by mistake and the instructions from Amazon were not clear which costed me £30.
Long story short: Would I get the refund of £30 or not as I opened the wrong account (mistake partly because instructions were not clear from Amazon on how to do it)?

You need to contact seller support and request the refund but, you are not entitled if you have sold anything

Just to add to the above, you are not entitled to a refund - you are reliant on Amazon’s goodwill. They do though seem to give refunds on cases like this.
