Brand Registry & Registered Trademark Logo Query

Hi guys, hope everyone is well. I had a couple of questions regarding Amazon Brand Registry. Would be great if anyone could help.

  1. My text-based mark is registered in Title Case with the IPO (UK). However, my logo with the same text is in ALL CAPS. When applying for Amazon’s brand registry, should the logo be in Title Case exactly how the text is registered as a a trademark or does this not matter?

  2. Do we need to have the logo on the product as well as packaging ? Or can I just have it on my packaging ?

1.You dont need a logo for BR,just register your brand name on the BR application form exactly as its seen at IPO,ie: if TM says ABC Wigits make sure thats whats on the BR form not ABC WIGITS
2. Brand name does not need to be on items can be packaging only as long as its not a stick on label.
