New listing made, all showing but no buying option coming up if view the item
Hi everyone,
I listed an item which wasn’t selling on amazon before, all showing up fine and its active but when i view the listing its not showing buying option for customers, its showing buying options from these sellers, Am i missing something here, any suggestions please.

I am on the same boat as well. Listing is done but not full details just an image of my product with the option available from these sellers. When I click on it, then it shows my seller name, price and checkout options. Anybody any clue?

When you click on the available from these sellers are you showing? If so all is ok. Sometimes Amazon don’t auto grant a buy box, especially for a newly created item. You may find that once you make some sales and the product gains positive reviews that one will be added but Amazon don’t disclose their algorithms for this to happen.

Hi, yes it’s showing available from these sellers but when I click on it it shows me, when I add to basket it says failed and sometimes it takes any random item into basket.
I don’t know why
