I wonder whether someone went through exit from EU market and came across all the problems with EU PAN inventory. A year ago we decided to exit EU trading on amazon due to high operating cost etc. I had opened many cases with amazon seller support to get advice how to do it safely so amazon will not create any problems. Advice was to remove all the offers and remove or dispose all the inventory. We have followed this advice and instructed amazon to dispose all our inventory in EU. Listing by listing we created disposal order and amazon has sent email when orders where completed. Afterwards we have removed all our offers and listing on EU amazon marketplaces and deregistered from VAT in EU countries. We keep UK marketplace only. We have received an email a week ago that out account is on risk of deactivation due to inactive VAT numbers in EU. After few discussions with amazon seller support and case we found out that amazon did not disposed our inventory and they still have it in EU warehouses despite they confirmed that disposal orders has been completed. What a joke. Only amazon can do it. If you went through this problem can you share your advice and what you have done to finally resolve the issue with the inventory stacked in EU.
