Hi. Is anyone experiencing any problems not getting texts with OTP ? Despite taking steps, including clearing cookies, reboting my phone, using different browser etc I still don;t receive text messages. Luckily I had additional phone number and managed to login and add for security additional authenticator apps. However it doesn;t resolve the problem on not geting text for my main phone number :/

Anyone has an idea what the problem could be?

Has anyone else had a problem again with receiving OTP's by text when trying to log in to Amazon Seller Central ?

This happened about 10 months ago for many sellers but was fixed eventually, but is happening to us again - we use 2 different mobiles and neither receives the OTP.

There is no error message as there was last time - just the OTP is not sent/received.

We do use an authenticator app as a last resort now, so can still access the account - but need to access the account from different computers/phones during the day, so it is much easier to have the text OTP option as well.

Would @Seller_DNQGSsdC7DccM be able to look into this for us please?

Ive just had a nightmare trying login.

After entering password I usually get a screen asking me for the OTP sent to my phone. However, today I got a screen asking me how did I want to receive the OTP - Authenticator app, text to phone or email.

I clicked the 'text to phone' option and immediately get told I cannot request a new OTP for a minute. In the meantime the OTP does arrive at my phone but I have no box to enter it - only the choices above asking me how do I want to receive it. As such I am unable to give Amazon the OTP I have received.

I had to go through the process several times before I finally got a box to enter the OTP. In the meantime I have received multiple OTPs on my phone for each time I have asked for it to be sent. I now have to be careful and enter the last one sent otherwise it gets rejected.
