NCX - 2% used to be rated as 'Good' now it is 'Poor'
We have a product with FBA that has an NCX value of 1.93%. A value below 2.00% has typically been rated as ‘Good’ on Seller Central UK for us but this listing is now rated as ‘Poor’.
Not sure if there are some other factors coming in to play or is this a temporary glitch. Has anyone experienced this change?

Yes we have 2 that are poor and frustratingly the feedback states the 1st package was empty, the 2nd, wrong item sent
Obviously as fba they are not our fault !

The NCX %'s don’t seem to always relate to the actual rating. I have one rating as Fair with NCX of 1.41% and another as Good with a rating of 2.86%.
If you have one at Poor then all you can do is keep selling it and hopefully the % will increase over time.
I have largely stopped looking at Voice of the Customer now unless something is flagged up to me as very poor.

Thanks for the info. It makes matters so much more challenging when the criteria for the rating is not explained.
We only sell one product so losing this listing means losing everything. We have sold 312 in the last month with 6 returns and I don’t think it is realistic to expect much less than that. Not sure how we are supposed to best navigate through this.

That’s reassuring news for sure.
