Payments not showing in account balance
Is anyone else having payment issues with selling books that have been dispatched but then, their account balance fails to reflect a payment being made?

Regarding your concern, I would inform you that this is the ongoing issue which almost every seller is facing however, I would like to inform you that we have alerted our specialists to your issue and have forwarded your case to their attention.
Following which they are looking into your issue with high priority as we understand that this is an urgent issue so we are working hard to provide a prompt resolution.
As soon as the issue gets resolved, we will inform you accordingly.
A few of the transactions from 1 November 2019 have now come through.
