About the vine program and international review sharing
We signed up for the vine program on our US site for 2 separate subsets, spent $400 and got 60 reviews. We synced these 2 subgenre products to Canada and the Canadian site only shows 1 text review and 2 ratings, which is 3 reviews.
So we asked Amazon customer service why our product reviews were not shared from the US site to the Canadian site, and the customer service replied that if Amazon thinks the product reviews do not meet their internal policies, then the reviews will not all be shared.
So here’s the problem, our 2 product reviews, all vine plan reviews, generated 60 reviews on the US site, all written by vine plan buyers, and now only 3 reviews are shared on the Canadian site, so Amazon is saying that the other reviews don’t meet their internal policies!
How ridiculous is this! We spent $400 on real reviews from vine program buyers on the US site, and vine program buyers are certified by Amazon! Now you are saying that some reviews can’t meet your internal policies? That means your department A thinks department B is doing something wrong, This is your internal company problem, so why should it cost the seller $400? Should third-party sellers bear the consequences of your internal process errors?

So there aren’t any other sellers experiencing the same problem?
Are we the only ones experiencing such problems? About the vine program, Amazon’s rules say quite clearly, that is, the seller pays, all other things, are responsible by Amazon, the seller’s products can get how many reviews number? Which vine buyer will review, Amazon can not guarantee, the seller is also completely unaware.
As for international comment sharing, I believe Amazon’s own internal is not clear in the end there are no clear rules! Or exactly which rule should take precedence over which rule!
Amazon is annoying because they can’t protect the interests of sellers, and they claim that everything they do is to please buyers, all to better serve them, which sounds very grand. But in fact, Amazon is doing everything to maximize their own interests, of course, this can not be faulted, if it were me, I as a seller, I will also do everything to maximize the interests of their stores. However, I would like to remind Amazon that all these have a basic premise, that is, should not harm the interests of any other people. Now, what Amazon is doing is already detrimental to the seller’s interests. As I said earlier, we paid Amazon, vine buyers wrote 60 reviews of our products, but only 1 review was synced to the Canadian site, and you explained that the other 59 reviews were not synced to the Canadian site by saying that the reviews might not comply with your internal policies. .
The seller and your platform are a partnership, we can’t have any influence on vine buyers and the reviews written by vine buyers, everything is manipulated by you. It’s like, we go to a buffet restaurant, the food area is Amazon US, the dining area is Amazon Canada, we spend $400, we get 60 dishes (60 vine reviews from vine buyers) by our own ability (the attractiveness of our products), but we only get 1 dish in the dining area, the other 59 dishes, all by the buffet restaurant as not in line with the restaurant internal policy reasons and thrown away! Can you understand us?
how sad is this!
