Account Verification - Companies House Documents help

Hello we were recently re activated after a suspension and now we are having to go through Verification. However everything we submit gets rejected.

I have submitted everything from Companies house possible, articles of association, certification of incorporation with good standing.

The articles of association outline the share capital however we have now been sent the below response:

The IN01 (certificate of incorporation) document you provided was not latest share allotment document, kindly provide CS01 (confirmation statement) dated 02.06.2017 and latest CS01 dated 01.06.2019 as per companies house

– A copy of the company’s most recent share allotment document. This usually takes the form of a Statement of Capital, an Annual Return or a Confirmation Statement. It may show the number of shares held by each beneficial owner and the number of shares issued for the company. You can download this document from the UK Companies House website (https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/).

• We have located our confirmation statement but it does not include the above share capital information. This was included in the certificate of incorporation which they didn’t like.
  Any advise on what i need to do here? Seller central clueless as ever!
