Looking to make a formal complaint

But not to the managing director as we’ve already emailed them and haven’t heard back, nor has our issue been resolved.

We’d like to make a formal complaint, but SS claims there is no complaints procedure and all I’m able to find here on the forum is advice to email managingdirector@amazon.co.uk which I have with no luck.

It doesn’t have to be an email address, a physical address will work also.

Any advice please? Thank you.

Mediation is really the only other internal route to resolution:

https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/help/hub/reference/GG7CAYUTVZKATDUY

Outside of Amazon there is a narrow route which is covered in the agreement you “signed” with Amazon:

Summary

11.8 Out-of-court Complaint Process. If you wish to make a complaint about the Service, You can make a complaint through Contact Us. If you are unhappy with our response, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, Exchange Tower, London E14 9SR or telephone 0300 123 9123* or email complaint.info@financial-ombudsman.org.uk. For more information visit: www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk. The Financial Ombudsman Service is a free service set up to help resolve individual disputes between customers and businesses providing financial services in the UK

If you opened your account in the UK online you may also have the option to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service using the Online Dispute Resolution platform. The platform has been established by the European Commission to provide an online tool for consumers to resolve disputes about goods and services purchased online. The platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

I say narrow because my understanding is that this ls limited to purely the financial side of dealing with Amazon - loans etc

how much time are you willing to lose before you give up!
We have in the past sent legal papers and outlined complaints directly to their physical address! and still nothing.
They will ignore you unless you serve them with legal papers in a court! then suddenly they want to look into the matter!
Good luck
