Cannot list in Grocery even after being ungated
Hi Everyone, I've been dealing with an issue for almost 2 months now and every time I open a case, I get the same canned response and no one from Amazon seems to be able to help me. I get replies from different customer service reps, but no one seems to see the issue through to the end and help me actually resolve the issue.
So we're ungated in the Grocery category, I want to list a new item within the Grocery category that's not yet listed on Amazon. This item is our own product, so we shouldn't need any sort of brand approval. However, when I go to create the product listing, I can't actually choose the Grocery category, or any relevant Grocery sub categories. It's all locked out from me.
The Amazon reps I talk to confirm I'm ungated in Grocery, but they just tell me to "search and an ASIN" to list, then close my case. Has anyone else dealt with this? It's incredibly frustrating that we pay to have a professional seller account but we cannot get this resolved.

I'm sorry you have had such trouble listing new products. There are a number of things that might be happening. It may be that the product type has further restrictions beyond the category restriction or if this is the first time listing this product in your Brand you may need to complete approval to list under the Brand Name per the Brand Name Policy.
