Setting up prime
Hi all.
Im trying to set up PRIME (SFP) on 1 item. I have added the template to the listing but I want it to be 2 day PRIME?
In the template page it shows 1 day and 2 day but no way of turning 1 day off?

Its been a while since we did SFP but I don’t think you can disable 1 day as this is part of Prime.
Some other things to consider, have you passed the SFP trial and that service is active on your account? There are some strict postage requirements including a Saturday or Sunday collection now
To maintain eligibility in the Seller Fulfilled Prime program, you are required to have a minimum weekday pick-up time of 4:30 pm for all of your shipping services, which will set your order cut-off time to 4:00 pm

For SFP orders you have to buy 98% via Amazon Buy Shipping so you have to link your C&D account if you are using RM. You also have to use Tracked24 - no other RM service is allowed.
You cannot disable 1 day delivery. And even if customer selected 2 day delivery (or perhaps the customer is not in Prime) Amazon will still force you to use Tracked24 anyway on the Buy Shipping page.
You can still fulfill your normal orders in the normal way even if C&D has been integrated.
But bear in mind those trail period qualifications - you have to send 25 orders and have 5 collections within a max 90 day period. Once you pass the trial you are ok - but you may want to consider putting more than 1 item initially into SFP just to pass the qualifying trial period.

okay I’m back!
Having put PRIME back up on a listing to get the ball rolling again, it has become clear there is an issue with buying shipping through Amazon.
ALL my orders I can if I wish purchase RM24/Rm48 through Amazon accept if its a PRIME order! then the ONLY option is My Hermes which is clearly wrong.
SS as usual totally useless.?

Todays update beggars belief, I quote from the email from SS:
As per your email, I understand your concern regarding buy shipping services not available with ROYAL MAIL 24.
In this regard, I would like to inform you that Buy shipping is not available because the customer promise can vary and is dependent on a number of factors including customer location, seller location and carrier selected. Seller Central will show a ship option that reflects the customer promise. The Buy Shipping tool will show only the carrier ship methods that will satisfy the customer delivery promise.
- Availability of the carrier service at the Ship from and Deliver to address
- Dimension (including weight) of the order package.
- Purchase timing for Shipping option.
- Meets Prime Delivery expectations. For example if the buyer places an order with the next day delivery option then the Royal mail 48 will not show up
Putting this in perspective! Rm24 and Rm48 are available for EVERY order, item, delivery etc EXCEPT prime! My Hermes is the only option on PRIME! (see number 4 if you want a laugh regarding the Hermes part!)
So I will continue with processing it through C&D and adding the tracking.
This surely shows that SS is not fit for purpose and have no idea have anything works! apart from the name My Hermes, they have clearly never dealt with them and to expect next day delivery from them is comical at best. (no doubt some will say they’ve never had a problem with them?)
