Unfair feedback…
Just got a neutral from buyer for (supposedly) not receiving a refund after he asked me to cancel an order last week! I’d already written days ago to tell him he needs to contact Amazon directly for refund payment queries so the feedback is completely unwarranted as the refund is absolutely nothing I have any control over. As usual, auto remove declines…

if its feedback at least you can defend yourself a bit.
Doesn’t remove the defect etc though

If he cancelled before you had sent the item then he would not have been charged anyway, as the transaction is not completed until you confirm shipment.
You maybe need to explain that to your customer - that payment is not taken until the seller has actually shipped the item, and so no refund required.

Hello Chris2!
Thanks for reaching out on the Seller Forums.
I have checked your case and although I understand your concerns, the feedback you are mentioning does not meet Amazon’s criteria for feedback removal.
Feedbacks that are eligible for the removal are:
- The feedback includes words commonly understood to be obscene or profane.
- The feedback includes seller-specific, personally identifiable information, including email addresses, full names or telephone numbers.
- The entire feedback comment is a product review. For example, “The Acme Super-Widget lacks the sharpness and speed of the Acme Ultra Widget”.
