Amazon Dedicated Account Manager
I received an email from my dedicated account manager offering a meeting to help me get started. Great i thought. Unfortunately after accepting the meeting i realised there are no instructions how to join the meeting. I waited at the appropriate time but no call came and no further email with instructions.
Any help would be welcome.

Are you sure the email was genuine and that this wasn’t a phishing scam?
Forward to Amazon at stop-spoofing@amazon.com if you have any doubts.
Check the last 4 digits of your bank account are correct and have not been altered and then change your password just in case.
Also check that your EU marketplaces have not changed or had listings added.
Better safe than sorry.

are you a new seller on Amazon ?
was your ‘account manager’ for general selling, FBA or SFP ?
Was the meeting a webinar?

I had the same problem twice with this account manager !
Did you manage to reach him in the end?

We had temporary account managers 4 times:
- when getting us to use FBA
- when getting us set up with PAN-EU
- when getting us selling FBA to North America.
- when getting us set up with Transparency
It will most likely be for one of the above reasons. Once set up they are no longer available. I doubt anyone on these forums has a dedicated account manager.
