1 account would be charged for NA and EUROPE marketplaces?

Hello, I only have 1 account opened on the amazon platform under 1 email address. Currently I have active stores in Europe (Professional plan). If I will register an US marketplace from Europe account, will I double charged Europe and USA for professional selling plan 39.99EUR+VAT? Who is in the same boat?
