Sell Globally - missing countries

Hi All

I’ve tried to ask Amazon a few times with no joy. We have UK, US and AUS seller accounts - our UK account should allow us to build listings across europe. However, the only countries available are UK, NL, PL, TR, BE and SE. The rest of mainland Europe - DE, ES, FR, IT etc are missing.

I’m assuming there’s a setting or compliance measure somewhere we’re missing but cant find anything. Has anyone else come across this and found a solution? Amazon just keep telling me to use the Build International Listings tool - which is exactly what I’m doing but it only shows a small subset of countries.
