Advice for continuing or not

I'm looking for advice: I started selling on Amazon this year, with a product that has high competition and high demand. Due to its quality, it’s been well accepted, but the problem is I have to pay a lot for advertising in order for it to be seen and purchased. I've used money out of my own pocket to cover the expenses, although I'm getting some organic sales and have a 5-star rating. Still, I feel like keeping the business going might not be profitable. Should I stop once I sell out my inventory, or keep going until it becomes profitable and the whole journey is worth it? Thanks for your time.

People appear to be happy with your pads. It always costs money to build a brand. Consider adding additional products. You don't need to PPC all of them, but it's good to have other products for people who stumble into your store. The occasional extra sale makes all the difference. (You might want to stick with related/pet products)

It is not unusual to make no profit at first, but you shouldn't make a loss. Adjust pricing or PPC. Also, consider advertising elsewhere, such as facebook or TikTok....much less competition

Try offering a coupon rather than paying for clicks, as your product is consumable and people will need more. See how that goes.
