Inaccurate ODR figure and account at risk
I picked up a negative for INR, my first problem of any kind for a very long time. My ODR is over 2% based on 40 sales in 60 days. This is wrong as my sales would average well over 150 in any 60 day period, giving me an ODR of well under 1%. I live chatted seller support and had a load of total nonsense from an agent who clearly couldn’t grasp my point. I’ve seen on these forums the email address ‘Seller-perfomance@amazon.co.uk’ and tried them, but the email address is longer active. Any thoughts on how to proceed?

The email address works when you add the 2nd R in performance
But probably not needed now, as you have seen the ODR rate is being calculated using orders from 1st JUNE onwards, but only using the current window which is from 13th April - 11th June
Therefore just orders from 1st June - 11th June are included.
