Yet another Payoneer KYC post
Same as others have discussed, last year I received an e-mail stating that I had to complete KYC with Payoneer so I didn't get my payment withheld; I immediately did it and Payoneer confirmed that I had nothing left to do. It's been 5 months, yes FIVE months, and 45 days after I received the first Amazon e-mail I got my money withheld and my payments interrupted because, guess what... yes, KYC. It's been 3 months talking to both Payoneer and Amazon and Payoneer says there is nothing left to do on my side but Amazon keeps saying they need to mark my "In progress" KYC as "completed". I don't know what else to do and I'm getting desperate as it's been 3 months fulfilling orders on time and getting no payment. It's incredible to me that Amazon can not do something in their side, especially considering this is their platform and I have provided all of the neccesary evidence that I completed my KYC. What else can I do? And please do not tell me to contact Payoneer again.

Have your issue been solved? I am having the same from 2024 so far! It is incredible that Amazon cannot do anything even when payoneer says that everything on their side is good
