Company has two Seller Accounts

Hi all, we have noticed a competitor of ours has now got two Seller Accounts selling the same products. I thought this was against Amazon Policy. If so how do I go about reporting them to Amazon?

I am curious to know how you know, that they are the same person/company?
If they are same registered company, then they would really struggle just to open the second account.

But in any case, you could report them via opening a case log. It is however likely that at some point, if they are breaking policy, that they will get caught eventually and end up losing their accounts.
