Buy shipping in bulk not printing
Hi all.
I’ve had a zebra printer set up for some time for buy shipping, however I’ve only ever done single orders as and when needed (IE: high value orders needing tracking etc). It marks them as shipped, prints the label, closes the screen and ready to carry on with what I do next.
Today I have tried to do buy shipping in bulk, it marks them all as shipped but doesnt print a single label and I am having to go and then find each order to ‘re-print label’!
Any help, ideas?

It won’t if you have print connect set up as it doesn’t support pdf for 6x4 labels with packing slip
I had to uninstall it from my PC to bulk print 6x4 labels

It just disappeared for me - not in downloads etc
I faffed around for ages and the only thing that worked so that I could print 6x4 pdf with packing slip was to uninstall print connect
The labels came out very slightly less clear but they’ve been scanning fine

the problem is with the zebra , the labels won’t download as PDFs, they are PNGs

found it! why it goes there I have no idea. I have to make a few changes to the print settings but can print them through the Zebra but then have the job of matching them with the order.
