Need help! ASIN incorrectly marked as adult product

Hi,

My ASIN was suddenly marked as adult product and became unsearchable in all departments. I do not understand what changed and what happened. I have been selling this product for almost one year without any problem.

According to the Amazon's Adult Product Policy, this ASIN should not be classified as adult product.

According to Amazon's "Adult products and Explicit sexual imagery guidelines" (policy link: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G200339940), my product should not be classified as such.

Please see the highlighted part beginning with the heading ‘Important’ under the Table 1. The guidelines clearly state: "Important: Condoms, lubricants (including male desensitizing and vaginal tightening), spermicides, toy cleaners, desensitizing sprays, and enemas do not require the adult classification. Additionally, images of non-sexualized nudity in art, images for medical or educational purposes do not require the adult classification."

I do not understand why my ASIN is classified as an adult item, despite Amazon's policy indicating that vaginal tightening products do not require this classification?

I have opened cases and called seller support multiple times. However, the issue has not been resolved.

Seller support’s most recent answer was not consistent with their previous answers. In the previous answer (dated 6/18/2024), they already confirmed that this ASIN is not adult product and the adult classification is already correctly set to FALSE. You can see their previous answer quoted below:

''Upon reviewed, It is to inform you that ASIN(s)…..] and the adult classification is already correctly set to FALSE. The ASIN(s) [……..] has block from all product search which is causing the search restriction. I've submitted a request to remove this restriction. Please note that 72 hours have still not passed yet, hence I request you to wait for 72 hours.''

I waited 2 weeks and then was told that the ASIN is correctly set as Adult Product again. This is ridiculous.

My product is not searchable in all departments while the similar (almost identical- I can provide these ASINs if needed) products are not classified as adult items and are all department -searchable. This is not fair.
