Counterfeit without a Test Buy
Hello everyone, here. i listed an existing product on Amazon, it’s a NAIXUES smart watch, the other seller reported my listing, Amazon blocked my listing and says Counterfeit without a Test Buy. but i sent them letter of authorization and Invoice from the manufacturer to prove that the product is genuine and not counterfeit, but Amazon keeps asking for LOA from the brand owner NAIXUES.
1: My question is how can i contact NAIXUES? i can’t find contact information anywhere.
2: Can i create a new listing, new ASIN and sell these items on that new listing?
3: What would you do in this exact situation?

First question - does your product actually have Naixues on it or the packaging somewhere?
There doesn’t seem to be a big presence for Naixues, I can’t find a website or a wholesale place, which makes me think its private label. If its private label then the seller doesn’t need to do a test buy because if they make the items and sell them themselves there is no way for you to legally get hold of some.

ok if your product doesn’t have Naixues then you can’t sell it as a Naixues product.
You can’t get the listing reactived because your product is in fact counterfeit.
You will need to delete that listing, and find the unbranded version of the watch, or make a new unbranded listing for it.
I am assuming that it is unbranded?

From what I can tell the trademark is owned by a Chinese company and was available on AliExpress from a store in Madrid but is currently unavailable. The watches look to still be available direct from the store in Madrid, but requires making an account with them to see prices etc.
