Hover over the link. Where does it go to?
If it just turned up, the notification may not have appeared yet. So give it some time if it seems genuine.
But you can always ask amazon if it is or isn’t.
And I’ve just noticed, the email is amzn.eu not Amazon.com etc…
Probably phishing.

Seller_K2RpcYM4cunKp
I’ve had one, too. The reply address is accounts-noreply@sellercentral-europe.amzn.eu
I’ve reported it to Amazon and got this reply:
"Hello,
Thank you for contacting Amazon to bring this to our attention. Your message has been forwarded to our security department for investigation.
We strongly advise that you do not send any information to the SMS, e-mail or site which you reported to us, especially your credit card number or any personal information. If you have already shared your credit card details, you can block your card by contacting your bank. If you are concerned that your account details are at risk after having clicked on links within a Phishing or Spoofed e-mail, click here. If you have shared an Amazon gift card claim code, click here for more information.
If you are ever uncertain of the validity of an e-mail coming from Amazon, don’t share any personal data. Don’t click on any supplied links until you’ve verified this communication comes from Amazon. Visit this Help page for information on how to do this.
Please note that Amazon will never request any personal information (e.g. credit card details) outside of the Amazon website or Amazon Shopping mobile app. Amazon will never ask you to provide credit card details, gift card codes or any other type of payment to verify your account or confirm account information.
Also, please be assured that Amazon does not sell customer information. Fraudsters use programmes that randomly generate e-mail addresses in the hope that some actually exist.
For more information on Security & Privacy, click here to view our help pages.
Thank you again for taking the time to notify us.
Sincerely,
Amazon.co.uk"

I’ve just got it half an hour ago, definitely a phishing attempt.

100% phishing attempt & hence, scam.
Trust my words or click the link, the decision is yours.

Def scam - no question, looking at the email address. Mine arrived yesterday and it is not the first nor will it be the last.

Definitely phishing
We’ve had a few of these since we were suspended (reinstated now) ,and can’t remember getting this type before, it’s almost like they know we have been suspended so will be paranoid of it happening again

I’ve had a few of these, they do look very authentic, even down to the URL for the link. I just delete them and if it’s genuine it’ll show up in your account.
