I'm gonna replenish my inventory, which was sold out for couple of month now. while i was creating the shipment i just scanned the barcode of the product just to check is it scannable. but the product did not came up on the display although the barcode number came. is it something i need to worry about?

Dominic from Amazon here, when you create a shipment you will need to be sure the barcode on the product matches the product that will be sent in. If that does not match you may have to utilize Amazon barcodes on the product moving forward.
