amazon automatically applied a "Prior refund: Applied"
Return Tracking status: Not available
Conveniently, the return address selected for this order is the return address for canada orders on amazon.ca. This allowed the buyer to get full refund without return.
Amazon cannot explain why an american customer on amazon.com with a US address was able to get the return address for canadian customers.
Other returns BEFORE and AFTER this return came in normal to the correct US return address.
I did not authorize the return and certainly did not refund the customer without receiving the return, although amazon seller support is telling me i am the one who provided the refund to the buyer.
Customer never returned the item and amazon fully refunded them and there is no tracking number provided for return.
It says order not eligible for SAFE-T claim. Lost my product and money.
