Deactivated items.

Amazon have deactivated all my DVD listings ( not books) due to poor tracking rate .I send some just as stamps but in 6 years with Royal Mail have only had 2 or 3 non- deliveries ( so customers have said and that’s probably books). What are my options? Seems to me they are :-

1) Send all as large letters with PO label at £2.10.( but no profit)

2) Use Amazon Shipping. Not my favourite option+ would they send a label for the postage rate I often use( £1.55) or for £2.10 or even higher and are they cheaper than Royal Mail?

3) Use Click and drop with Royal Mail with all the palaver of sticking on labels and a daily manifest for the PO plus enormous labels.

4) Use Evri or another carrier. Not impressed by their delivery record compared with the Royal Mail and would they be cheaper for letters / parcels less than 100gms.

At the moment I only send 30-40 items a month so it’s not worth paying for an account .My tracking rate hovers between 40% to 70% depending on how many DVDs I sell.My other option of course is to sell on EBay or some other platform.I would welcome views from anybody whose been in the same dilemma and of course I know this compulsory tracking has affected many small sellers.

You havent been able to use stamps for a long time now. Amazon rates are the same as royal mail and are the simplest option but you do need to print labels yourself on all the options.

You can go to the post office and input the tracking number for every item but to get over your deactivate you'll need to appeal and tell Amazon you'll use buy shipping going forwards anyway

Gosh, where have you been ?! The use of stamps has not been accepted for ages, and that is why your DVD category listings have been deactivated, for low VTR.

As above reply, your best and only real option to get over this is to appeal and tell them you will use 'Buy Shipping' from now on. You will need to weigh and measure the items, and print the labels, but the price is the same as from Click and drop, and you will still have to print and stick on the labels !, but worth it to get your listings reinstated. Forget about a RM account requiring manifests etc. Personally wouldn't use Evri, but at least RM are reliable, as you have said in your post (only 2 or 3 non-deliveries).

My VTR has been 100% almost since they introduced the metric. (I do use a different carrier for my books as cheaper than Amazon's RM prices !)
