Brand using transparency to control listing?
Hi there, just want to get some feedback on if i'm in the right mindset for this:
I have a brand available via an authorised wholesaler who isn't producing/offering transparency labels, they have confirmed that this wholesaler is an official supplier, but they have said that transparency labels are reserved for their "exclusive partner" which seems to be some unrelated shop that currently controls the listings entirely
Is it not against transparency rules to pick and choose who gets an authenticity label, as well as producing the same sku's without transparency labels on them?
Any thoughts?

No this is not against the rules, every brand has a right to control who they allow to sell on Amazon, and many brands are going the route of exclusivity.
The issue is that many brands are being de-valued by multiple sellers penny pinching to get the buy box, and selling for next to no margin.
