At Risk Listing
I am selling several bundled products (pre-existing listings) which are presenting the following error message:
This listing will be removed if you do not respond by the due date. This ASIN has GTIN codes that do not match the brand associated to the ASIN. GTIN codes are reliable data that are used to limit duplicate products in the catalogue and ensure product authenticity. We verify the authenticity of GTINs by checking the GS1 database and GTINs that do not match information in GS1 are considered invalid. We recommend obtaining your GTINs directly from GS1 (and not from other third parties selling GTIN licences) to ensure the appropriate information is reflected in the GS1 database. If you believe we have removed your ASIN in error, contact Selling Partner Support here. Repeatedly creating ASINs for brands you do not have a relationship with will result in the removal of ASIN creation abilities.
I have checked the vital info on these duos and in each case they state the actual Brand and Manufacturer so I’m uncertain what’s wrong - other than, perhaps, should the bundles have been created as ‘Generic’ rather than with the correct brand name?

The owner name on the barcode will not match the brand that you are listing and the barcode is not one that Amazon recognises as being used by that brand.
You can check the owner name on the barcode at
Search by GTIN | GEPIR (gs1.org)
I have a number of these at Risk Listings myself. So far it is mainly for older stock. My barcode data will never match the brand for these due to the way they were set up in the first place.
I can’t provide the information that Amazon asked for as my supplier will not give me a copy of the GS1 certificate which is needed. I have tried contacting seller support to explain but I just get a message back that they don’t understand the issue I have.
I have resigned myself to losing these products. A lot are out of stock so I have just deleted them. A handful are in stock with stock in FBA. I will probably sell through a lot of it but I may end up having to recall some items if I can’t sell them.
Did you purchase the barcodes yourself as that could well be the cause? Most of mine are manufacturer barcodes just that they don’t match the brand.
I predict this will become a major issue for some sellers in the next few weeks.

For information this how Amazon say you ‘fix’ this issue
How do I fix my listings?
To fix the ASINs, go to “Contact us” (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/cu/contact-us) to submit a letter of authorization or a licensing agreement that includes the following details:
• Name and address of the brand’s rights owner.
• Manufacturer’s name and contact information.
• Seller’s legal business name or seller name that corresponds to your “Account Information” page in Seller Central.
• Seller’s physical address.
• Includes a GS1 certificate. We recommend obtaining your GTINs directly from GS1 (and not from other third parties selling GTIN licenses) to ensure the appropriate information is reflected in the GS1 database. For more information on licensing EANs/UPCs from GS1, refer to the GS1 website (https://www.gs1.org/).
