Unpaid returns label amazon
Hi All,
Hopefully a simple question but I couldn’t find a clear answer anywhere.
I am a marketplace seller and I post my orders without using Amazon fulfilment. I have a return request. I would like to choose the option for Amazon to create an Unpaid Returns Label. I will probably refund the postage as well when I receive the item.
What options my customer has got to post their parcel back to me after they received the Unpaid Return label considering that the parcel was a small Parcel as defined by Royal mail under 2Kg.
I am just wondering which carrier options they can choose from ? Post office , Hermes etc. ?

They can return in any fashion if this option is selected.

An unpaid return label isn’t tied to any specific postal carrier, it’s basically a piece of paper with your return shipping address on it.
The buyer will be able to use a courier of their own choice.

Bear in mind the buyer could choose to send it by Royal Mail Special Delivery so you may wish to limit the postage methods you will issue a refund for.
